While this may seem like a glorious idea, there have to be some people making apps that aren’t up to par, right?

Did MattDoesFitness follow this easily traveled path? Or is the Morsia app any good?

Body beast equipment image

Sagi Kalev’s Body Beast blazes its own trail on the Beachbody On Demand platform.

It’s one of the only split-style hypertrophy programs available to subscribers and shies away from the typical bodyweight circuit training common in hit programs like P90X, Insanity, and T25.

But before you clear out the garage and splurge on a full-blown Olympic weight set … What equipment do you actually need to maximize your aesthetic results with Body Beast?

Here’s a look at the must-have equipment, including the exercises you’ll perform, which muscle groups they target, and alternative gear options.

V shred fat loss extreme for her review image

The boss babes are circling overhead, waiting for the perfect moment to drop that dreaded “hey girl 👋” message and rope you into buying their poop — sorry — skinny weight-loss teas.

But it doesn’t stop there. Social media is flooded with detox shakes, juice cleanses, CICO, Tabata training, essential oils, and Shake Weights (how on earth did nobody realize?).

There’s always a “next big thing” for women struggling to slim down or tone up.

But is V Shred’s Fat Loss Extreme for Her the real secret to losing 20, 30, or even 50+ pounds? (V Shred founder Vince Sant sure as hell thinks so.)

Read on to find out!

Originally released in 2013, the P90X3 is the third of the popular P90X series released by American fitness trainer Tony Horton.

Designed as a 90-day program, 30 minutes a day for six days a week–or an optional seven days a week if you hate rest–the P90X3 has both regular and deluxe workouts to help you get fit, burn calories, and resent ever discovering Tony Horton’s late-night infomercial.

But since we’re on the subject of calories burned by P90X3, what can you expect? Will you be clamoring for sustenance when you’re done (or just clamoring for some sweet couch time)?

Time volume training review image

Perhaps you aren’t the type of person that’s driven by heavyweights – we can’t all be Ronnie Coleman, after all! Or, maybe you want something a bit different because your joints can’t keep up with a 22-plate leg press anymore.

The Time Volume Training designed by Nick Nilsson seems to be the next viable option … or is it a scam?

I understand that. Fitness instructor Alby Gonzalez says he has the perfect solution – dating back to the 1930s… Seems a bit too good to be true.

Body Beast vs Hammer and Chisel image

Sagi Kalev is Beachbody’s bodybuilding ace.

The trainer is a two-time Mr. Israel victor and world-renowned bodybuilder known for his corny Sagi-isms and no-nonsense routines.

He also created two of Beachbody On Demand’s hottest weightlifting programs.

Kalev single-handedly launched Body Beast back in 2012 and later released Hammer & Chisel in 2015 — a tag-team effort alongside trainer Autumn Calabrese.
