Vince Sant and his Sculpt Nation are at it again. Now they’re offering a superfood snack that promises to support faster fat loss while satisfying your sweet tooth.
It’s their signature Apple Cider Vinegar Gummies.
It sounds fishy, so we decided to dig into this supplement to find out if it works.
About the Creator – Sculpt Nation
Sculpt Nation was created because too many V Shred clients were disappointed after wasting money on supplements that gave them zero results and damaged their health.
So they turned to V Shred master (Vince Sant) for a supplement solution. This led Vince to create Sculpt Nation, whose primary purpose is to provide everyone with safe and effective supplements to help them get in shape and live healthy lives.
Vince Sant is the co-founder of Sculpt Nation and the guy behind Vinsanity shred (V-shred). Sant supposedly loved sports, but he was too skinny at the time to play professionally.
Now he’s a shredded, celebrity fitness model who coaches and sells supplements like HGH Boost and pre-workout through V-shred and Sculpt Nation.

How Do They Work?
The main active compound in ACV is acetic acid which is believed to be responsible for the health benefits of apple cider vinegar.
Vinegar is associated with a reduction in blood sugar and improvement in insulin function. A study on five people shows that vinegar reduced blood sugar by 35% after participants ate 50 grams of white bread.
Another human study shows that vinegar improves insulin function after meals.
Apple cider vinegar may also aid you in losing weight. One human study observed that consuming high-carb meals along with vinegar increased the feeling of fullness, which caused the participants to eat 200-275 fewer calories for the rest of the day.
Also, a study on 175 obese people showed a reduction in body fat and weight loss of about 2.6-3.7 pounds after taking 15mL to 30mL of vinegar. But this study lasted for three months, so vinegar’s influence on their body weight seems to be modest.
Fun fact: A tablespoon of apple cider vinegar contains about three calories which are considered low.
Ingredients in Apple Cider Vinegar Gummies
Below are the ingredients found inside Sculpt Nation’s ACV gummies:
Apple Cider Vinegar
Apple cider vinegar is the main ingredient (thankfully). And like we already mentioned there’s research to suggest that apple cider vinegar can aid weight loss and improve insulin function.
Pectin
Pectin is a soluble fiber that is mainly found in fruits and vegetables. Its gelling properties are widely used as a thickener in jams and jellies.
Pectin has little to no calories or nutrients. And a study performed on 57 adults showed that daily consumption of pectin can reduce LDL (bad) cholesterol.
Also, pectin is a fiber, and some studies on humans have shown that an increase in fiber intake leads to a decrease in the risk of obesity.
Pectin may have many potential health benefits, but more research needs to be done on humans.
The other ingredients in Sculpt Nations ACV Gummies include:
- Organic tapioca syrup
- Organic cane sugar
- Organic fruit juice
- Organic sunflower oil
- Organic carnauba wax
- Natural flavors
- Citric acid (<2%)

How to Take Sculpt Nation Apple Cider Vinegar Gummies
The instructions on these gummies are pretty straightforward.
Take 1 to 2 gummies up to 3 times a day (enjoy up to 6 gummies a day). And you should chew thoroughly before swallowing to aid digestion.
As for storage, try to store them in a cool and dry place protected from the light like a pantry or cupboard.
Finally, as much as the gummy composition appeals to children, this is not meant for kids, so try to keep them out of their reach.
Side Effects of Sculpt Nation’s ACV Gummies
Below are some of the side effects of consuming apple cider vinegar:
Delayed Stomach Emptying
Apple cider vinegar may delay the time it takes for food to leave your stomach and enter the lower digestive tract, which may worsen the effects of gastroparesis.
Gastroparesis is a common condition that affects diabetes patients. Gastroparesis causes the stomach nerves to stop working properly which makes food stay too long in the stomach.
A study on ten patients with type 1 diabetes and gastroparesis showed that drinking 30 mL of apple cider vinegar increased the time food stayed in their stomachs.
AVC May Lower Potassium Levels and Cause Bone Loss.
At the moment, you won’t find any controlled studies on ACV’s effect on bone health.
But there was a reported case of a woman who was diagnosed with dangerously low potassium levels after drinking 8 ounces of ACV every day for six years. This woman also suffered from Osteoporosis which is a condition that causes bones to become brittle.
She was admitted to a hospital, and the doctors believed that the apple cider vinegar caused minerals to be leached from her bones.
The doctors said that the high acid levels in her body may have also slowed down the formation of new bones.
Although the amount she consumed is excessive, you should still monitor your potassium levels when taking apple cider vinegar.
Apple cider vinegar needs more research to better understand how it affects your bone health.
Drug Interactions
Below are a few medications that may produce negative effects after interacting with ACV:
- Some Diuretic drugs. Taking certain diuretic medications will cause you to excrete potassium which can be worsened by taking large amounts of apple cider vinegar.
- Diabetes medication. Consuming ACV and insulin medications together can reduce your blood sugar or potassium to dangerously low levels.
- Digoxin (Lanoxin) is a medication that lowers the potassium levels in your blood. So be careful when taking ACV with this drug to prevent losing too much potassium.

ACV Gummies Pros
Low Calories
If you’re worried about your calorie count, then you’ll be glad to hear that these gummies contain only 20 calories apiece. So taking a maximum of 3-6 gummies a day will add 60-120 calories which shouldn’t affect your diet much.
No Drinking Required
At least Sculpt Nation gave us a way to consume apple cider vinegar without drinking it. Studies have shown that drinking liquid apple cider vinegar can cause your tooth enamel to erode.
No Artificial Flavors
Believe it or not, these sweet ACV gummies were made without artificial flavors.
Vegan Friendly
Vegetarians shouldn’t shy away from Sculpt Nation’s ACV gummies because it’s vegan-friendly.
Gluten-free
These gummies are free from gluten (which is bad for people with celiac disease or non-celiac gluten sensitivity).
Satisfying Taste
It’s not every day you see sweet-tasting apple cider vinegar, but the brand found a way with these gummies.
Some Research to Support
It’s very common to see people peddling supplements without any research to back it up. And although the efficiency of Sculpt Nation’s ACV Gummies hasn’t been studied, we’ll still give Vince and his team a thumbs up for putting a few links to scientific claims.
ACV Gummies Cons
ACV (Apple Cider Vinegar) has Some Side Effects:
Taking apple cider vinegar can produce some side effects like delayed stomach emptying and digestive side effects. And ACV may be bad to consume with some medications like digoxin (Lanoxin), diabetes medications, and some diuretic drugs.
It May Not be Effective
Sculpt Nation uses too many “may’s” to describe their AVC gummies, which can make you question the effectiveness of this dietary supplement. At least they’re being honest.
Also, the study that showed vinegar’s potential for weight loss was conducted with 15 ml of organic apple cider vinegar, not gummies.
ACV may have some health benefits, but Sculpt Nation probably exaggerated the effects of these gummies.
Liquid Vinegar May be Better
A small study observed that vinegar supplements are not as effective as liquid vinegar.
What Other Reviews are Saying
Honestly, there isn’t much talk online about Sculpt Nations Apple cider vinegar. And these gummies are only available on Sculpt Nation’s website, so it was difficult to find independent reviews on this supplement.
Luckily, Kyle, the founder of Noob Gains tried these gummies, and here’s his experience:
“I took two gummies 3x per day (with each meal) for a week. They tasted pretty good, but I didn’t feel any different, nor did I see any changes in my body composition.”
Are Sculpt Nation’s Apple Cider Vinegar Gummies Worth it?
So are the brand’s Apple Cider Vinegar Gummies really worth it?
Who knows, because after hearing from actual users and reviewing the main ingredients, you can only say that this supplement “may” work.
While it contains Apple cider Vinegar (ACV), you may not notice a significant difference after using this supplement.
Rating: 2.5 out of 5
