This Warrior Shredding Program review reveals all the details about this popular program.

Hold on a second.

I know you came here because you’re interested in what I think about the Kinobody Warrior Shredding Program.

First of all, thanks for coming here. We sincerely appreciate you taking the time to check out our site.

The full review of this program is still here on this page, but I thought you should know something important first.

We actually think we found a program that’s superior to Warrior Shredding.

It’s called Superhero X12.

Build a Superhero Body Without Training Like One

Getting in shape isn't easy. But this program gives you a real-life approach to building a leaner, more muscular body without obsessing over fitness 24/7.

See, after doing more research on fitness programs, we discovered a few problems with WSP.

First of all, Warrior Shredding is a “one trick pony” that only teaches you how to lose body fat. That’s the purpose of the program and that’s basically the only result it delivers.

Superhero X12 is different because it covers ALL fitness goals. It’s not just a shredding program. This program teaches you everything you need to…

  • Gain muscle
  • Build strength
  • Improve muscle density
  • Build definition
  • Get completely shredded
  • Take a more AGGRESSIVE shredding approach
  • Or maintain the abs you already have

You don’t have to waste money buying multiple programs because SX12 has specific workouts, diets, and strategies to help you do it all.

Also, the WSP workout is supposed to be designed for beginners, but some of the Warrior Shredding Program choices are questionable.

For example, the workouts lean on a more complicated training method called Reverse Pyramid Training (RPT) like a crutch. It would be nice if WSP accommodated complete noobs and had some simpler training options too.

Well, with Superhero X12, you get simple workouts designed for complete beginners to build muscle as fast as possible. And when you’ve graduated and become an intermediate… SX12 has all THOSE workouts too.

And guess what? You STILL have the option of using Reverse Pyramid Training to reach your goals… but it’s not your only option! You get to decide what’s best for you and how you train.

We cover all of these points (and a lot more) in our complete review of Superhero X12.

But this is why we recommend Superhero X12 if you want to build a shredded, aesthetic physique with predictable results.

  • You don’t have to waste your money on multiple programs because every fitness goal is covered in a single program
  • You can start making progress faster because there’s no fluff or filler in SX12
  • And the program includes the simplest and most effective methods you need to see real, lasting results

That’s why we recommend Superhero X12 for getting a shredded physique.

But don’t take my word for it. I’m just a random internet person.

Click here to check out SX12 for yourself and see if it’s really as good as we say it is.

Now, onto the review…

…

Finding the best weight training program to help you reach your fitness goals can seem like a daunting task. There are so many workout programs out there to choose from, how do you know which one will work for you?

If you’ve done any research online about working out and getting into shape, there’s a strong possibility that you’ve come across the Kinobody Warrior Shredding Program. Kinobody has exploded over the past few years thanks to the company’s flashy marketing strategy, promising amazing results and a luxurious lifestyle to go along with it.

Founder Greg O’Gallagher flaunts a life filled with beautiful women and expensive cars, and all he does to achieve it is a few days a week in the gym and a simple diet. O’Gallagher makes big promises, and it probably seems too good to be true. Is it possible there is any truth to his claims?

Today I’m going to focus on O’Gallagher’s Warrior Shredding Program, which was the first program he released under the Kinobody brand more than five years ago. I am going to break down how much money you will have to invest, what you will get when joining the program, and the exercise routines and diet that you will have to follow when you are living the Warrior Shredding lifestyle.

What is the Warrior Shredding Program?

Warrior shred image

With over 70,000 subscribers, the Warrior Shred fitness program is advertised as being extremely effective for losing body fat and inducing visual muscular hypertrophy. Other benefits include:

  • Lose body fat with minimal effort
  • Increase vascularity and muscle definition
  • Induce myofibrillar hypertrophy to increase strength
  • Join a members-only Facebook group

On the surface, this shredding program really sounds like it can transform you into a lean Kino warrior.

So, let’s see what’s inside…

What’s Inside the Warrior Shredding Program?

The Warrior Shredding Program involves 3 resistance training workout sessions performed weekly on non-consecutive days. These workouts include upper body workout (A) that focuses on the anterior and posterior deltoids, a lower body workout targeting the quadriceps and hamstrings, and upper body workout (B) that focuses on the pectorals.

The results this promises is that you will lose fat quickly and effortlessly while building dense muscle tone, gaining strength, and enjoying the foods you love most. For the cost of one hour with a personal trainer you will get lifetime access to the entire digital Warrior Shredding Program.

When you purchase the program, you’ll automatically receive:

  • 25 Modules
  • Flexible Nutrition Plan
  • 3 Phase, 6-Month Workout Routine
  • Access to Kinobody Community
  • Warrior Shredding Quick Start Guide (Bonus)
  • Developing The Warrior Mind (Bonus)
  • Full Exercise Tutorial Videos (Bonus)

Kinobody also offers a money-back guarantee, which means you can try the program for thirty days completely risk-free. You will have the opportunity to test out the program for a full month, and if you discover that it’s not the right plan for you, you can get your money back, no questions asked.

Anytime you spend money on anything in the fitness world, it’s nice to know you can get a refund if it doesn’t work out. How many people do you know have an expensive weight set or a treadmill sitting in their house that has turned into a really pricey clothes hanger? Or maybe it hasn’t been touched in months and is collecting dust.

Weight loss and fitness is a multi-billion dollar industry, and you can easily find yourself spending a lot of cash while chasing after that magic pill or program. I don’t want to bust your bubble, but there is nothing magical about weight loss and fitness. If you want to get ripped, it takes work. If you want to get into the best shape of your life, you have to get moving and be aware of the food you are putting into your body (not to mention how much you are consuming).

When it comes to finding a fitness program that works for you, don’t look for something quick and easy. Instead, look for a program that easily explains the workouts and diet and requires a lifestyle that you can follow.

Trying to do a program that requires you to be in the gym two hours a day six days a week isn’t very practical for most people. The same can be said for following a diet that completely cuts out carbs or limits you to 1,200 calories.

I know I’m getting away from the main point here, so I’ll try to tie this all together by saying it’s not necessary to spend hundreds of dollars to get results from a fitness program. The routine should be relatively straightforward and simple, and I will give the Kinobody Warrior Shredding Program props because it keeps the workouts to three times per week, and the sessions are less than an hour.

Plus, O’Gallagher promotes intermittent fasting for the diet plan, which is straightforward and doable, especially when you follow the programs tips and tricks.

The Kinobody Warrior Shredding Workout Routine

Kinobody warrior shredding workout image
The Kinobody Warrior Shredding workout relies on compound lifts and Reverse Pyramid Training.

If your goal is to grow bigger, then this program is not for you. O’Gallagher and his Warrior Shredding Program are all about the lean, fit body type that you see in Hollywood. He believes the ideal body type is Brad Pitt in Fight Club and Christian Bale in American Psycho, so this program is all about getting shredded and lean so you feel more masculine, confident, attractive, and capable.

The Warrior Shredding Program includes three workouts that you will do each week on non-consecutive days. There is an upper body workout that focuses on shoulders, a lower body workout, and another upper body workout that focuses on the chest.

You will receive each of the workouts written out in text form, and O’Gallagher also includes videos to help you with warm-ups and to give you tips on how to master his Reverse Pyramid Training Technique.

The central theme behind reverse pyramid training is that as you progress through your workout, you will naturally produce less force due to fatigue. So, your first set (AKA top set) will be the heaviest and most intense, and then with each subsequent set you will drop the load and intensity. These drop sets allow you to continue to target muscle fibers despite fatigue.

Here’s an example:

Incline Bench Press

  • Week One: 200 lbs x 6, 180 lbs x 8
  • Week Two: 205 lbs x 5, 185 lbs x 7
  • Week Three: 205 lbs x 6, 185 lbs x 8
  • Week Four: 210 lbs x 5, 190 lbs x 7

You will always be increasing either weight or reps, and O’Gallagher will break it down for you so you know exactly when to increase the reps and weight, and by how much.

Don’t want to be boxed into reverse pyramid training? Superhero X12 has more flexible training options so you can workout the way YOU want.

The Kinobody Warrior Shredding Diet

Kinobody warrior shredding diet image
Intermittent fasting is the primary driver behind the Kinobody Warrior Shredding diet.

This program – just like every program with Kinobody – is all about intermittent fasting. This is not a concept that is exclusive to Kinobody, and you can find tons of information about the science behind it online. Basically, intermittent fasting is choosing a six or eight-hour window every day where you consume your calories.

O’Gallagher promotes skipping breakfast and waiting until the early afternoon to have your first meal. He talks about fasting for about 18 hours every day, and having two to three meals during your eating window that total up to your total daily caloric intake. This number is calculated based on your personal body stats at the beginning of the program.

  • Eat a small meal at lunchtime
  • Eat a larger meal in the evening
  • Have a piece of fruit as a snack if you need it
  • Drink black coffee if you need a caffeine boost

The Aggressive Fat Loss Program on the other hand, incorporates more dramatic fasts that span 24 hours and requires a little more willpower to succeed.

This approach means you can enjoy a meal out at a restaurant with friends without totally blowing your diet. The eating window that O’Gallagher preaches is between 2:00 and 8:00, but he makes it clear that you should find a window that works for you, and warns against getting caught up in the specific details about your eating window because it shouldn’t control your life.

Can you eat anything you want? Of course not. While intermittent fasting is the main diet tool used in the Warrior Shredding Program, you will also want to be aware of your macros (protein, carbs, and fat), and make sure that you are getting plenty of protein when you do eat.

There will never be a results-driven program that allows you to hit a drive-thru regularly or eat packaged foods to get fit. While intermittent fasting is key, the kind of food you eat when you are consuming calories is also important.

Loading up on sugar, packaged foods, and empty carbs will never get you the body that you want. You can’t just exercise your way to the perfect body – what you eat (and how much) is the most important factor in your fitness journey. Yes, staying active and hitting the gym can help you get ripped, but if you don’t focus on your diet, it’s impossible to get that enviable shredded physique.

Warrior Shredding Program vs. Greek God Program

The other popular Kinobody program for men is the Greek God Program, but what are the differences between the two?

The Warrior Shredding Program is the original program that promotes the “Kino warrior build,” which uses low volume strength training to build firm and dense muscle development.

The Warrior Shred program is all about low body fat (6-8% percent) with the warrior diet and nutrition strategy, and it will lead to a defined and chiseled physique. Like I said earlier, this is the body type you saw on Brad Pitt in Fight Club and Christian Bale in American Psycho, the minimal body fat, slim build, and shredded abs are undeniable.
The Greek God body type is a little different. The body fat percentage for a Greek God body type is 8-10% percent, and you will also have a more muscular appearance with great definition and proportion. Think Daniel Craig in Casino Royale or Brad Pitt in Troy.

You will need to attain a lower body fat for the Warrior physique, and for the Greek God physique you will need to build up more strength and mass. If your goal is to be a bit more muscular, then the Greek God program might be a better fit.

However, it might be a good idea to start with the Warrior program if you need to cut down your body fat, and then once you reach your body fat goal, switch to the Greek God program to get the muscular definition results you want.

However, you won’t have this problem if you go with Superhero X12 instead since it’s like having 3 or 4 programs in one.

Warrior Shredding Program Reddit Reviews

Warrior shredding program reddit image
The Warrior Shredding Program Reddit reviews are very honest.

If you read through the reviews of the Kinobody Warrior Shredding Program on Reddit, you will come across more criticism of O’Gallagher than you will of the program. Most people believe that what this program teaches is nothing new, it’s just nicely packaged.

Here’s the thing, the key to fitness and losing body fat is being very deliberate about what you are putting into your body – the amount of calories and the percentage of macros. And, to get shredded, you have to stay active and hit the gym a few times a week to focus on building muscle in specific areas. It’s not rocket science, and this program will work because it gets you lifting weights and it makes you focus on your diet.

The goal is to have a mix of each macronutrient (protein, carbs and fats, veggies, added flavor) at each meal to help with satiation, recovery, and to give you an overall variety with your meals and keep you satisfied.

There are many people who have found success with the Kinobody Warrior Shredding Program, but there is nothing magical about it. You have to put in the work and follow the program to the letter if you want to look like O’Gallagher.

As for the lifestyle he promotes, that’s a gimmick. Will girls want to touch your muscles if you are ripped and wearing the right clothes to show off your physique? Sure, that can happen. Being in such amazing shape can give you confidence in social situations and make you more attractive.

But, there is nothing special in any program that will make the women come running and suddenly make you wealthy enough to afford a Lamborghini. This is obvious, but I had to point it out.

Warrior Shredding Program Review – The Verdict

ReviewWarrior Shredding Program
SummaryThe Warrior Shredding Program is a premium diet and training course created by Kinobody that promises to help you burn body fat and build dense muscle definition that resembles that of an ancient fit warrior. The program features multiple modules teaching resistance training and progressive dieting methods like intermittent fasting to create fast results. Despite the marketing creating a lot of unnecessary hype, the program is effective and the information is based on real science that should benefit anyone who puts in a solid effort to apply the methods in the course.

Here are my last words for this Warrior Shredding Program review…

The program works. If you’re looking for a training and diet program that you can follow to lose body fat and increase muscle definition, then Warrior Shredding appears to have all the lessons necessary to make that happen.

Our founder, Kyle, used similar strategies like the ones in this program to build a pretty impressive body, so the results are realistic.

But like I said at the beginning of this review, even though this program is very good, Warrior Shredding is not our top recommendation.

We think Superhero X12 by FitMole is a better program for a few reasons.

First, Warrior Shredding only teaches one thing… how to lose body fat.

Superhero X12 teaches how to lose body fat, gain lean muscle, and even maintain ab definition year-round. SX12 is like having 3 programs in one so you don’t have to pay for additional programs.

Second, WSP only teaches fat loss at one speed.

Alternatively, Superhero X12’s Accelerator program upsell teaches you how to speed up the process. We mention this in our full review.

Last, Warrior Shredding is built on strategies that may not work for everyone. What if reverse pyramid training or intermittent fasting don’t work for you and your situation?

On the other hand, Superhero X12 is flexible and gives you options. The program gives you multiple ways to design your body transformation plan.

If you like one method of training over another, do it.

If you like one way of dieting versus another, go for it.

Superhero X12 is a flexible program designed for beginners to build an elite, Hollywood body without completely ruining your life.

Warrior Shredding Program Discount

Back when I originally wrote this review, Kinobody had this web tool called “The Physique Builder”. Essentially, you could take a quiz, answer some quick questions, and at the end you would be recommended a program.

Plus, the program gave you a 28% discount too. Unfortunately, Kinobody doesn’t appear that you can get a discount on the Warrior Shredding Program at this time.
