The Most Attractive Female Ratio
So what is the ideal body for a female? According to Kinobody – and numerous scientific studies – the most attractive female body is an hourglass shape. The hip-to-waist ratio is the most important factor in achieving that enviable figure, and according to O’Gallagher there are two ways to increase the hip to waist ratio.
The first method is to lose fat and tighten up your waist, and the second is to build up your butt.
The best information comes from fitness coaches who actually work with regular women on a daily basis and help them achieve “breathtaking results.” Their methods come from scientific research, and are not anecdotal.
The most pleasing waist to hip ratio seems to be where the waist is about 70 percent of the hips, but very few programs actually help make that happen. Common Women’s Exercise and Diet Myths
If you’re like me and have tried numerous workout programs and fad diets, chances are you have been taught the following:
- Cardio should be the main focus of your workouts, and we aren’t talking about just walking on a treadmill. You should be doing hardcore cardio like HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) everyday – or at least four to five times a week – to achieve the body you want.
- Squats, squats, and more squats. If you want a perfect butt, then you should be supplementing your cardio routine with squats.
- To lose weight, you can’t eat more than 1200 calories a day. And, make sure you are counting every calorie that goes in your mouth.
- Carbs are the enemy. Don’t even think about looking at a carbohydrate because that is the quickest way to gain weight and sabotage your weight loss. Say goodbye to bread, pasta, rice, and oatmeal because you can’t have it.
The Kinobody Approach
Greg O’Gallagher says that all of this is absolutely wrong, and this is why you aren’t achieving the results you want.
First, let’s talk about diet. In his Goddess Toning Program, Kinobody introduces the concept of Intermittent Fasting to help boost your metabolism, and he preaches the exact same thing with Kinobooty.
Intermittent fasting isn’t exclusive to the Kinobody brand, but intermittent fasting will help you transform your body. Basically, you’re eating during a specific six to eight hour window every day, and with Kinobody you choose a time window that works for you. O’Gallagher promotes a 2 pm to 8 pm time window, but he makes it clear that he doesn’t want this taking over your life. Do what works for you and your schedule.
There’s a ton of science behind intermittent fasting, but I’m not going to get into too much detail. Essentially, it helps boost your metabolism, burn fat, build muscle, and slim down. This approach to eating has also proven health benefits like better sleep and improved focus and mental health.
When you wake up in the morning, your body is in the ideal fat burning state, so when you wait until the early afternoon to eat your first meal you will burn body fat all morning.
But, it’s not just about when you eat, what you eat is just as important. O’Gallagher promotes a balanced macro approach to your diet. You aren’t cutting out all carbs or fat, and you aren’t starving yourself with just 1,200 calories. Instead, you’re keeping things balanced.
- 30% protein
- 25-30% fat
- 40-45% carbs
The amount of calories you consume each day is based on your current weight and what you are burning with your daily activity and exercise. Another factor is if you are trying to lose fat or if you are wanting to maintain.
Do you need to take supplements?
Not really, but some Kinobody customers have reported seeing better results by using some of the brand’s supplements like Octane or Aminos.
You can start Kinobooty no matter where you are in your fitness journey. But, I think it works best if you have already slimmed down and you are close to your body fat goals. The Kinobody approach to exercise and nutrition can sound completely wrong when you first hear it. As women, we have been so brainwashed with hardcore cardio routines and low-calorie diets that the idea of achieving the perfect body while weight training three times a week and eating carbs just doesn’t sound possible. But, I’m here to tell you that it is very possible. In fact, it will work better than you could possibly imagine.

For me, this was very important. When I was going through the nutrition section of Goddess Toning (and Kinobooty), I was completely blown away by the amount of calories I could eat – and WHAT I could eat – and still lose weight. But, it was also exciting because I thought it was something that I could really do.
Extremes like cutting out carbs or only eating 1,200 calories a day is just impossible for me to do more than two or three days in a row. After a while, I get fatigued and I’m always hungry, and then that leads to binge eating a bunch of junk.
Switching to intermittent fasting isn’t easy, but it’s doable. And, once you get there, it becomes a habit and you won’t even think about it.
Before I started the Kinobody approach to nutrition, I was terribly overweight and would usually consume my calories at night when I would eat my feelings. I would do well all day watching what I ate and I would drink mostly water, but then when nighttime hit I was super hungry, and I’d hit the refrigerator and eat whatever I could find. And, I would usually drink a soda or two.
So, when I switched to intermittent fasting, the first week I just focused on the time window. I didn’t track my calories or my macros, I just focused on eating only between noon and 8 p.m. Then, after I made that transition, the next week I cut my window down to only six hours – 2p.m. to 8 p.m.
Once I got used to only eating during that time window, it was then that I started focusing on my calories and macros. Doing it this way made it much easier for me to transition to intermittent fasting. But, you can do it any way you like.
When it comes to having the perfect body, what you eat and when you eat it is SUPER IMPORTANT. You can hit the gym and do the right exercises, but if your nutrition isn’t important to you, and you aren’t consuming less than you burn and getting a balance of healthy protein, carbs, and fat, then you aren’t going to achieve the results you want.

Yes, The Kinobooty Program works, but you won’t get the perfect lower body in just twelve weeks if you are starting out 20+ pounds overweight with excess body fat. If you are a beginner, I recommend starting out with the Goddess Toning Program, so you can transition to the Kinobody lifestyle with intermittent fasting, balanced macros, and hitting the gym three times a week.
That program will help you slim down, burn fat, and get toned all over. Then, when you hit your body fat percentage goal, that’s when I would switch over to Kinobooty to build that perfect butt. However, Kinobooty does work no matter where you are in your fitness journey, and you don’t have to start with Goddess Toning.
This program is not a scam. It really works if you commit to it. Follow the nutrition plan exactly as O’Gallagher lays it out for you, no matter if you need to get lean or add muscle.
