If you’re searching the internet for Kinobody results or transformations, I’m going to assume that you’re in the exact same position that I found myself in a few years ago.
I was crazy busy with my job and school, and that left me zero time to do anything else – not even take care of myself.
And, even if I did have had some spare time, I was too exhausted to actually do anything fun or productive.
At the same time, I dreamed about getting into awesome shape, and being so ripped that I was the “muscular guy” in my group of friends who everyone would go to for fitness advice.
I wanted to hear people say: “How can I get a body just like yours?”
I wanted that enviable six-pack, so when I took my shirt off at the beach everyone would stop and stare.
Yes, I Wanted to Be That Guy
I know I’m not the only guy with those dreams. Otherwise, the fitness industry wouldn’t be a multi-billion dollar behemoth filled with fad diets and workout programs that promise you the perfect body if you’re just willing to kill yourself in the gym three hours a day, six days a week, and eat almost nothing (or everything) while drinking shakes and taking tons of supplements.
When I finally decided I needed to make time to get in shape and get healthy, I was immediately confused by all of the conflicting fitness advice floating around the internet. It’s absolutely everywhere, and you can easily feel discouraged when you try something and it doesn’t work.
And this sucks because you do the research, you read the testimonials, you take a look at the before and after pictures, and then you spend the money and give it a try, only to realize in a month or two that it’s not working for you. Or maybe you see results for a minute, but as soon as you stop following the program every day, you slide right back to where you were when you started.
I’m going to save you some time (and money) in your internet quest to find the perfect diet and workout routine by giving you this advice…
They just won’t. Living in the gym and starving yourself won’t do it either. No matter what anyone tells you, trying to change your behavior in such an extreme way for a brief period of time won’t result in you living your best life. Believe me, I know.
Who Am I?

My name is Kyle Hoffman, I’m the founder of Noob Gains, and I want you to transform your body so you can live your best life.
This became my goal after I discovered a deceptively simple way to transform my own body into a leaner, muscular, and more confident version of myself.
It’s a very straightforward set of steps, and it works for absolutely everyone, no matter your age, your body type, even if you’re a beginner or workout veteran.
For years, I was constantly spinning my wheels trying to find something that would work, and I came so close to giving up.
I Know What It’s Like to Consider Your Body as “Average.”

I was that average-looking guy in my group of friends who you would call “skinny fat.” But inside, I desperately wanted to be that guy who was known for being lean and muscular, just like you see in superhero movies.
But, I was so insecure about my squishy gut that I wouldn’t even buy the right clothes to contour and compliment my body. If someone invited me to the beach or pool, I would find excuses not to go so I wouldn’t have to take my shirt off in front of people.
I just felt uncomfortable in my own body and I was sick of it.
When I was in college, I decided that it was MY time, and I was going to find the time in my busy day to get ripped and reinvent myself. But, with my first attempt, I took the absolute wrong approach. I was so scared and shy to even step foot in my college’s rec center that I trained in private on an old weight bench with a bunch of cement plates wrapped in plastic, and the entire set only weighed 135 pounds.
When I finally summoned the courage to visit my university’s gym I had no idea what I was doing. With absolutely zero guidance on how to get lean, I basically was just screwing around and getting nowhere.
Then, I switched my strategy to “bulking up,” but that just made me fat. I thought that my problem was that I needed to put on more muscle, so I trained extra hard for as many as six days a week. I also ate a ton because every website about bulking up told me to, and I didn’t pay any attention to what I was eating.
I Reached My Breaking Point.
When I tried to get lean, it didn’t work.
When I tried to bulk up, I just got fat.
I got to the point where I was screaming “enough is enough.”
I was done listening to everyone else’s advice.
- No more protein shakes
- No more generic mantras like “eat less and move more.”
- No more “guru” lessons
I decided that I needed to study my own body and keep meticulous track of how it changed as I tweaked variables with my diet and training. This wasn’t easy, and the changes were slow. There were a lot of times where I thought it wouldn’t happen for me because I had “poor genetics.”
But Then One Day… It Happened.

I woke up one morning and headed to the bathroom, and when I opened the door I saw myself in the mirror. I couldn’t believe it. I was shocked. I had abs! There was some serious definition, something I had never seen before. I realized that I had finally found a way to transform my body into the image I had always had in my mind.
How did I do it? I know you aren’t going to believe me, but what I did was:
- Eat meals that made me feel full and satisfied (never hungry)
- Enjoy my favorite foods
- Work out only 3 days per week
- Go out and party with friends and family
If you’ve been trying to shed body fat by starving yourself, if you’ve been a slave to the gym, or if you’ve been so confused by all of the conflicting information floating around that you just never started, you’ve come to the right place.
You can transform your body into a leaner, muscular, more confident version of yourself. And, you won’t be buying any protein powder, supplements, or dropping a ton of cash on a trendy workout and diet program.
I’m talking about a lifestyle change, but one that doesn’t require you to live in the gym or be so focused on your diet that you can’t enjoy a night out with friends. This is a change that is doable and enjoyable.
I know it sounds like I’m selling you something, and in a way I am. But, it’s not a gimmick. It’s a different approach to living a healthy life.
The “diet” is all about intermittent fasting and proper macro (carbs, fat, protein) percentages, and your gym activity is only three days a week, for one hour each time. Yes, this information is free if you go searching for it.
But, for less than what one hour with a personal trainer would cost you, you can get all of this information in one place, and you will be guided with tips and strategies to help you take these basic ideas and turn them into the body you’ve always wanted.
My Kinobody Transformation
After doing my own research on my own body, and figuring out how it responds to changes in diet and training, I discovered Kinobody. Founder Greg O’Gallagher was also tired of the diet and workout programs being peddled all over the internet, and he discovered the same thing that I did – there are only a few small things you need to do to get a lean, muscular body.
- Change your lifestyle
- Be aware of what you are putting into your body (and when and how much)
- Make the most of each move you do in the gym
There’s no magic pill, and no need to spend hours in the gym mindlessly lifting weights.
The Kinobody Approach to Your Diet
Thanks to the fitness industry, the word “diet” has a ton of negative connotations. For many of us the first thing that comes to mind when we hear the word is eating salad, counting calories, and being hungry all the time.
Your diet is not a short-term thing where you deprive yourself of food and allow yourself a cheat day every now and then. Your diet is your daily food intake. That’s it, that’s all. And, a very powerful and effective approach to your diet is through a protocol called intermittent fasting.
Every one of the Kinobody programs
- Greek God
- Warrior Shredding
- Aggressive Fat Loss
- Movie Star Body
- Superhero Bulking
- KinoBaddie
They all focus on intermittent fasting. When you want to achieve the best body possible, your daily diet is absolutely essential.
What you eat, when you eat, and how much you eat is more important than what you do in the gym when it comes to losing fat and getting lean. And, intermittent fasting is something that you can transition to for the long-term, and you can still eat your favorite foods and go out with friends.
Intermittent fasting is not a concept that is exclusive to Kinobody, and you can find tons of information about the science behind it online. Basically, intermittent fasting is choosing a six or eight-hour window every day where you consume your calories.
In his Kinobody programs, O’Gallagher promotes skipping breakfast and waiting until the early afternoon to have your first meal. He talks about fasting for about 18 hours every day, and having two to three meals during your eating window that total up to your total daily caloric intake. This number is calculated based on your personal body stats at the beginning of the program.
The basic outline is this:
- Eat a small meal at lunchtime
- Eat a larger meal in the evening
- Have a piece of fruit as a snack if you need it
- Drink black coffee if you need a caffeine boost
This approach means you can still eat the foods you love, feel full and satiated, and enjoy a meal at a restaurant with friends without totally blowing your diet. The eating window that O’Gallagher preaches is between 2:00 and 8:00, but he makes it clear that you should find a window that works for you, and warns against getting caught up in the specific details about your eating window because it shouldn’t control your life.
Can you eat anything you want? Of course not. While intermittent fasting is the main diet tool used in Kinobody programs, you’ll also want to be aware of your macros (protein, carbs, and fat), and make sure that you’re getting plenty of protein when you do eat.
There will never be a successful program that allows you to hit a drive-thru regularly or eat packaged foods to get fit. While intermittent fasting is key, the kind of food you eat is obviously just as important.
The first few weeks of intermittent fasting won’t be easy, but if you stick with it you won’t be sorry. Once you make the transition, you really won’t even think about it. And, the awesome thing about living an intermittent fasting lifestyle in 2019 is that there are a lot of great apps to help keep you on track with your fasting window, your caloric intake, and your macros.
Loading up on sugar, packaged foods, and empty carbs will never get you the body that you want. You can’t just exercise your way to the perfect body – what you eat (and how much) is the most important factor in your fitness journey. Yes, staying active and hitting the gym can help you get ripped, but if you don’t focus on your diet, it’s impossible to get that enviable shredded physique.
I can’t stress to you enough how much intermittent fasting changed my life.
But, You Can’t Get Ripped Without Hitting the Gym, Right?
Yes, working out and staying active is important. But, it doesn’t have to dominate your daily routine.
All of the Kinobody programs put you in the gym for three days a week, one hour a day. Every move is strategic. The amount of weight you push and how many times you push it are the keys to building the body you want.
One of the main training strategies in any Kinobody program is Reverse Pyramid Training (RPT). The central theme behind reverse pyramid training is that as you progress through your workout, you’ll naturally produce less force due to fatigue. So, your first set (AKA top set) will be the heaviest and most intense, and then with each subsequent set you will drop the load and intensity. These drop sets allow you to continue to target muscle fibers despite fatigue.
In recent months, I’ve actually transitioned away from the RPT method of training, but I can still confidently say that it’s a very effective way to apply resistance training to maintain and grow new muscle fibers.
What about the Other Kinobody Testimonials and Success Stories?
Kinobody has a unique yearly event in which they hold a Kinobody Challenge where they encourage people to purchase a product and make an attempt at their own muscle building transformation.
Honestly, I look at some of those Kinobody before and after pictures and I’m truly inspired by what I see. These look like honest people working very hard to change their appearance by following the basic steps that I’ve been able to apply to my own body over and over again. Plus, I’ve seen these results bleed into the Reddit community as well.
There are some really killer ones out there, but I can’t tell you whether they’re legit or not.
Kinobody Transformation & Results (My Recommendations)
I’ll be the first to admit that all of the information you find in the Kinobody programs can be found in other places. The difference here is that O’Gallagher gives you everything you need to know all in one place, and he helps you find the right nutrition strategy for your body type and fitness goals, and he also gives you workout tips to make sure you are using proper form and doing the right movements.
So if you’re truly interested in checking out these programs, I have a couple recommendations…
How to Get a Movie Star Body
Maybe you’re completely new to muscle-building and you have a softer midsection… that’s how I started.
Maybe you’ve been training for awhile, but it seems like you can’t get any leaner no matter what you do.
Either way, I’d suggest that you check out the Movie Star Body Program.
This is the most popular Kinobody program that’s designed to help you drop pounds of body fat very quickly and build a very lean and defined muscular body resembling that of a popular Hollywood celebrity.
Some of the benefits of this program include:
- Having plenty of time to enjoy life because you don’t spend it all in the gym
- A strategic training strategy that allows you to make consistent strength gains week after week (your friends won’t believe how strong you’ve gotten!)
- Eating your favorite foods on a daily basis (I rarely got cravings)
And make sure you take in our full review of this Kinobody program if you want to learn everything about this program before worrying about possibly wasting your money on something that might not help you at all.
How to Get a Lean Feminine Body like a Viral Instagram Model
For women reading this, my story may not hit completely home because… I’m a guy (obviously).
But what if I told you there was a way you could still build muscle and lose body to create a very attractive feminine body that resembles the Instagram fitness models you see online?
And you can do this by:
- Eating foods you actually like
- Not feel starving in between meals
- Working out as little as 3 days a week
I know… it sounds like a total, scammy gimmick. You read these kinds of phrases on the cover of Cosmo magazine and National Enquirer.
That was until I found the Kino Baddie program.
Many of these strategies are similar to Greek God like intermittent fasting and reverse pyramid training.
What’s really cool is there’s an aggressive fat loss protocol included with the program if you want to take your fat loss to the max.
So if you like the idea of:
- Finally fitting into your favorite pair of jeans that you grew out of
- Wearing a more revealing bikini at the pool and feeling all eyes on you (in a very good way)
- Never suffering again through a fad diet that probably won’t even work again
You may want to consider something like the Kinobody Kino Baddie Program.
