Thermogenesis is the act of increasing your own body temperature to expend more energy that way.
There are various ingredients in the product that are thrown in to increase thermogenesis, such as caffeine and cayenne pepper. Ingredients like these are known to increase your body temperature, which could elicit fat loss.
