So, let’s get to it. Here are the 10 best CrossFit gyms in Nashville, Tennessee.

1. CrossFit Trivium

This box is located in the suburb of Brentwood, and their mission is to help you establish healthy movement, broad fitness, and mental resilience in a supportive community. If you want to get stronger, better, and faster, this is the place to go.

All nine coaches at CrossFit Trivium are at a minimum CrossFit Level 1 certified. In each 60 minute class you will do a conditioning workout, a strength workout and a main workout, or WOD(Workout Of the Day). Each athlete is coached and trained to the level of physical and mental ability they possess for the workout at hand, while still being pushed to meet their specific goals.

Every workout at CrossFit Breakthrough is scalable, which means no matter what your skill level is, they can help you be healthier and happier.

This box offers a free No Sweat Intro if you are new to CrossFit, or if you are in town visiting, their drop-in price is $20. You can also purchase a 5-session, 10-session, or 20-session punchcard.

5. CrossFit H Dub

If you are looking for a new gym home, you can schedule a 30-minute No-Sweat intro at CrossFit H Dub to find out how they can help you lose weight, add muscle, and increase your athletic performance. During your intro they will create a plan for you so you can reach your fitness goals.

If you are an experienced CrossFitter, you can drop in for $20.

6. CrossFit Nashville

CrossFit Nashville is a fitness coaching program with two facilities in the Nashville area. This is the oldest CrossFit gym in Nashville and they have more years of coaching experience on their staff than any other CrossFit gym in the city.

This box offers group and individual coaching utilizing the CrossFit methodology, and they constantly vary their programming. This means you will rarely do the same workout twice in a six to twelve month time period. You do not have to program your workouts, just show up and be ready to work.

They offer traditional CrossFit classes that include a skill-based warm-up, skill or strength training, the Workout of the Day (WOD), and mobility work. In addition to CrossFit, they also offer boxing and Cardio Flex, plus there are open gym hours so you can workout outside of class.

8. Whole Strength CrossFit

The mission of Whole Strength CrossFit is to provide a context where victory and excellence can be experienced in each one of their member’s lives. All of their classes can be scaled from the prescribed workout level, but they will always encourage you to push yourself.

All new members will go through the CrossFit 101 program before joining CrossFit classes. Over the course of four private personal training sessions ($240 value), a prospective member will learn the movements that are performed in their CrossFit classes from gymnastics to weightlifting.

These sessions are built around your schedule with one of CrossFit West Nashville’s certified trainers. The sessions will also provide an opportunity for us to adjust these movements to your specific needs or limitations. This program is offered for the low price of $100.
